Personal data protection
According to art. 13 of the European Regulation 679/2016, of Protection of personal data (GDPR), we inform you that the personal data collected through the website www.devicare.com, will be treated by its owner Devicare SL, as responsible for the treatment.
Purposes of the treatment::
- Respond to requests for information that users can make through the contact forms and the different means of the web.
- Sending of the newsletter and commercial communications of Devicare products and services requested through the forms intended for that purpose.
Devicare will not elaborate with its data automated decisions, including the elaboration of profiles, with the exception of those collected according to the Cookies Policy under the conditions expressed therein, treating them only for the purpose described.
Legitimation:
The treatment for this purpose is legitimized in the User's own interest and consent. Art. 6 GDPR.

Assignments:
Devicare informs you that your data will not be transferred to third parties except to comply with the purposes described or those assignments provided for in current legislation or that have been previously consented to by you.
Period of conservation of your data:
Your data will be kept during the following periods:
- Data that we can collect through the different means of contact of the web (telephone and contact forms): Your data will be kept for the essential time to meet your request.
- Data collected in newsletter subscriptions: Your data will be kept as long as you do not revoke the consent given and serve as useful to the person in charge of your treatment.
At the end of said conservation period, once the purpose for which they were collected is concluded, they will be disposed of conveniently.
