Legal notice and its acceptance
This legal notice regulates the use of the Internet portal service www.devicare.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Portal") that DEVICORE (hereinafter referred to as the "Holder") makes available to Internet users.
The use of the Portal attributes the user status of the Portal (hereinafter the "User") and involves the full and unreserved acceptance of each and every provision included in this Legal Notice.
The User should therefore read the present Legal Notice carefully on each of the occasions that he or she intends to use the Portal, as it may be modified.
The Holder reserves the right to unilaterally modify, at any time and without notice, the presentation and configuration of the Portal, as well as the services and conditions required to use them.

Conditions of access and use of the portal
3.1. Veracity of information
All information provided by the User through contact forms shall be true. To this end, the User guarantees the authenticity of all data that he / she communicates.
In the same way, it will be the responsibility of the User to keep all information provided to the Holder permanently updated in a way that responds, at each time, to the real situation of the User. In any event, the User is solely responsible for the false or inaccurate manifestations he makes and for the damage he causes to the Holder or to third parties for the information he provides.
3.2. Obligation to make correct use of the Portal and the services
The User undertakes to use the Portal and the services in accordance with the law, this Legal Notice, and other notices, regulations of use and instructions made available to him, as well as generally accepted morals and good customs and public order.
To this end, the User is obliged to refrain from using any of the services for unlawful purposes or effects, prohibited in this Legal Notice, detrimental to the rights and interests of third parties, or that in any way they may damage, inuse, overload, damage or prevent the normal use of the services, computer equipment or documents, files and any kind of content stored on any computer of the Holder, other users or any Internet user.
All the industrial and intellectual property rights of the web, as well as the elements contained therein (including among other images, texts...), belong to the Holder.
3.3. Liability for damages
The User shall be liable for any damage of any kind that the Holder may suffer, directly or indirectly as a result of the breach of any of the obligations arising from the Legal Notice or the law in relation to the use of the Portal and in particular undertakes to refrain from:
(a) To reproduce, copy, distribute, make available or in any other way to communicate publicly, transform or modify the content, unless the holder of the relevant rights is authorized or this is legally permitted.
(b) To remove, manipulate or in any way alter the copyright and other identifying data of the rights reserve of the Holder or its holders, fingerprints or any other technical means established for its recognition.
The User shall refrain from obtaining or even trying to obtain the content by using means or procedures other than those which, as the case may be, have been made available to him or her for this purpose or have been indicated for this purpose on the web pages where the content is located or, in general, from which they are usually used on the Internet for this purpose, provided that they do not pose a risk of damage or inuse of the Portal, of the services and / or of the content.
3.4. Introduction of hyperlinks that allow access to the Portal pages and services.
Users and, in general, those who intend to establish a hyperlink between their website and the Portal (hereinafter referred to as the "Hyperlink") shall meet the following conditions:
(a) No false, inaccurate or incorrect manifestations or indications shall be made about the Holder, his employees, the Portal's website and the services provided.
(b) It shall not be declared or implied that the Holder has authorized the Hyperlink or that he has in any way supervised or assumed the services offered or places at the disposal of the website on which the Hyperlink is established.
(c) The website on which the Hyperlink is established shall not contain illegal information or content, contrary to generally accepted morals and good customs and public order, nor shall it contain content contrary to the rights of third parties.
The establishment of the Hyperlink does not in any case imply the existence of relations between the Holder and the owner of the website on which it is established, nor the acceptance and approval by the Holder of its contents or services.
No licence
All distinctive marks, trade names or signs of any kind that appear on the Portal, as well as the contents, are the property of the Holder, without it being understood that the use or access to the Portal confers any right on the User on the above-mentioned trademarks, trade names and / or distinctive signs and contents.
Applicable jurisdiction and legislation
The rules of use in this legal agreement are governed by Spanish law. Both the Holder and the users of the Portal agree that for any discrepancy that may arise with regard to the interpretation, compliance and / or enforcement of these rules, they shall be expressly subject to the jurisdiction of the competent judges and courts of the Holder's home, with express resignation, to any other jurisdiction which may be relevant to them.
